The Synopsis: Trade Street Jam Co. was a woman- and Black-owned small business founded by trained chef Ashley Rouse. Based in Brooklyn, New York, the CPG brand made spoonable low sugar jams and sauces for cooking, baking, cocktails, and more.
From 2020-2024, I created content and managed the brand’s social media presence, including launching the brand’s TikTok channel and growing the brand's Instagram community from 12K+ to 30K+ followers.
